I've been to several Chevy service centers for oil changes and services on my vehicles. Caldwell Chevrolet has by far the best service center I have been to.

Initially was a good experience. Wesley in Service Dept. was very professional & they were able fix the issue at hand. Unfortunately I was given maintenance recommendations for new front/rear brakes & rotors & new axle seal for around $2800. We brought to another reputable shop for a second opinion & all that was needed to be replaced was rear brake pads. for <$600. Yet another reason we typically do NOT bring our vehicles to dealerships for service. Front brakes were not in bad condition & rotors were all in good condition. Axel seal had previous stain and is no longer leaking..Sorry guys - won't be back.

As far as I can tell, the work you do is great. Yet even though I paid for an alignment less than a month ago you are recommending that I get an alignment done again because you replaced the tie rod ends on the truck. I thought I had a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty on the alignment I just got.

Lee Jenkins is the best there is, including the others that are involved in buying a vehicle. They treat everyone like family.

I'm glad they help me stay up on necessary service to keep my vehicle in top shape.
